* Entrée: Braised, stuffed lamb shoulder, reminiscent of Stevenson’s Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde

* Dessert: Steamed spice pudding with warm crème anglaise, inspired by the Brothers Grimm’s Hansel and Gretel
